Your handmade wine brick is designed to keep your wine / champagne nicely chilled throughout your meal

Just soak the brick in cool tap water for 10 minutes

Pour the water out and put your bottle of chilled wine / champagne into the wine brick

The slow evaporation will keep your wine / champagne cold for several hours
