Exceptional set of two authentic hand-painted Limoges porcelain trinket boxes from France. Includes one Pineapple box marked “Peint main Limoges France GR®,” attributed to Gérard Ribierre for Atelier de Limoges, and one Asparagus teapot-form box marked “Peint main Limoges France – La Gloriette.” Both feature detailed enamel painting, fine brass fittings, and secure working clasps. Comes with the original Atelier de Limoges presentation box and Certificate of Authenticity, matching the Gérard Ribierre pineapple piece. From the estate of a high-end Limoges collector. No chips, cracks, or repairs. The asparagus clasp shows light natural patina; presentation box is structurally solid with exterior discoloration and smudging; interior clean. A beautiful and rare fruit-and-vegetable themed pair representing two respected Limoges ateliers.
