This is a Christmas teacup and saucer with a matching ceramic spoon, decorated with red poinsettias, greenery and gold-tone trim. The set bears the mark “Hand Decorated by Lois White, CreARTive Treasures.”
Lois White of CreARTive Treasures is a porcelain artist associated with Ventura, California, whose work grew from a hobby into a business. Her designs have also been reproduced as china transfers for use by chinaware companies
Approx. Size: Saucer 6 in diameter and 1 in high; cup 2.5 in high, 3 in rim diameter, 3.25 in wide without handle and 4 in wide including handle. Cup and saucer together 2.75 in high. Spoon 5.25 in long. Combined item weight: 13.9 oz.
CONDITION: Very good condition. The teacup has very light wear to the gold trim, with even less wear on the saucer. Mild scuffing on the bases of the cup and saucer and on the back of the spoon. The cup interior is clean.
