This is a charming vintage Italian nativity grouping with 12 painted molded plastic figures, including the Holy Family, angel, three wise men, two shepherds and three animals. Mary was sourced separately to complement the grouping; original set completeness is unknown. All pieces are marked Italy, and Mary also bears the word Depose. Likely dates to the mid to late 20th century.
Approx. Size: Mary is approximately 3 inches tall; the other figures vary in size.
CONDITION: Age-related paint wear and scuffing throughout, particularly on the faces and the angel’s nose. One shepherd has a little paint flaking on his leg, not a chip in the figure itself. No breakage or chips in the figures.
