This large, simple Southwestern ceramic vase is a unique piece Signed Macky. This vase features a jagged brick cut-out rim and is adorned with raised 2-dimensional southwestern motifs, including a cactus, spear, feathers, and a 3-D cow or buffalo skull. The red bricks peeking through the cut-out effect give the impression of broken adobe with an exposed brick wall. This slip-cast piece is hand-painted and comes from the vintage hobby mold of Macky Mold Company in Indianapolis, Indiana, dating back to the late 60's to 80's.
