This charming hand-carved burro is a classic piece of Mexican folk art, featuring a traditional pack on its back. While it has a beautiful creamy, banded appearance in daylight, it holds a secret for collectors:
SURPRISE UV GLOW: This piece is UV Reactive! Under a 365nm blacklight, it exhibits a stunning vibrant peachy-pink to orange glow (see photos). This effect is caused by natural manganese within the calcite, often referred to by collectors as Manganocalcite.
