This is a lovely vintage Wawel Rose Garden porcelain creamer with a coordinating saucer used as an underplate, made in Poland with pink roses, small blue and purple flowers, embossed scrollwork and gold trim. Wawel was a trade name used by the Krzysztof porcelain factory in Wałbrzych; these two pieces likely date to the second half of the 20th century and make a pretty addition to a tea or coffee service.
Approx. Size: Creamer is 3 1/2 inches tall; underplate is 5 3/4 inches in diameter. Creamer stands approximately 3 3/4 inches high on the underplate.
CONDITION: Good vintage condition with light surface wear, minor underside marks and some light wear to the gold trim. No chips or cracks are apparent in the photographs. See pictures for details.
